Born in Elmont, LI to an Italian Family, Lisa was raised around tasty food and good home cooks. She considers good taste buds an inheritance of her culture where food, wine and music are a daily celebration. Her Mom always had a scrumptious meal prepared every night for the family. Her grandmother brought tasty desserts over every holiday. Pasta “gravy” was the focus on Sundays, of course with the meatballs, sausage and braccioli.

Throughout her years of fine dining and wine tasting, Lisa developed her art for combining flavors and cooking delicious recipes. Very health conscious, Lisa is always finding new ways to make healthful recipes that are tasty and new. She is known for being a diverse cook. Anything goes! Although Italian food does favor her palate, she delivers many exciting cultural flavors to her recipes that will make you savor the flavor!

Lisa currently resides on the North Shore of Long Island where she continues to perform her music, create more recipes and enjoy life!
